What we collect when you enquire about a residence at Socalco, why we collect it and how long we keep it. It takes four minutes to read.
Who is responsible
Socalco Development, Lda. is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. You can reach us at privacy@socalco.example or by post at the sales office in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the residence you are interested in and your message.
When you browse: anonymous statistics such as pages visited and device type, which do not identify you.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a visit and send you the documents you ask for. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We only contact you about anything else if you have given your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Our sales team and the agency that runs the sales office, under a written agreement. Our website and email providers process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a reservation are deleted 24 months after our last contact. If you reserve a residence, we keep your data for as long as the law requires for the contract and for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and object to or restrict its use. Write to privacy@socalco.example and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

This website only uses the cookies it needs to work and analytics that do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
