This website is run by Socalco Development, Lda. to present the Socalco residences in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. By using it you accept these terms.
Images and plans
All images of the building and interiors are illustrative 3D renderings. Floor plans are indicative and not to scale. Finishes, furniture and landscaping may differ from the final delivery.
Areas and prices
Areas are gross private areas and may vary up to 3% in the final survey. Prices include VAT where applicable and may change without notice until a reservation agreement is signed.
Availability is updated on the date shown on the main page.
No offer or advice
Nothing on this website is a binding offer, a contract or financial advice. The payment plan shown is an example: the plan that applies is the one in your reservation agreement.
Intellectual property
Texts, renderings, plans and the Socalco name belong to Socalco Development, Lda. or its partners. You may share links and screenshots for personal use, but not reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
We work to keep the information correct but cannot guarantee that the website is always available or free of errors. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this website alone.
